The Body Rock 2026 Recap

Let’s talk about Jams again. It’s been a long time that we support the core of our community, and every year we engage with and invite as many people as we can to the jams that we know or asking them if, in their local scene,  there is something to push and go. Because everybody is talking about community, but where’s the community at?  Here, in real life with real people in the streets or, in this case, in a big ex school that continue to live and spread culture thanks to TCK Crew and the other associations that works in Spazio Metamorfosi. The work they’re doing is outstanding and The Body Rock once again is on top of Italian Jams. 

When it comes to jams, you live an experience all around, you can see Hip Hop Culture at it’s fullest and improve yourself sharing time and engage conversation with everybody, form kids to pioneers, all at the same physical level, feet on the ground, and then have a chance to tell who you are and what you do, face to face. We told to the Breaking and Hip Hop community all around Europe this summer, if you join this 3 days jam in Naples, you're making a wise decision. Needless to say, this year too has been a succession of highlights. Top level from Writing to Mcing, from talks to workshops, from contest to parties.
It was again really fun in a magic atmosphere. Thanx to Andrea, Marco, Fabio Farti, Rota, Cina, Emcee O'zi, Kali  and all the TCK (the next year the Crew marks 30° anniversary, ya dig?) 

The Body Rock keep the culture alive and it is a moment that brings the scene together from twenty-two years now. For free. Least but not least, the Naples scene is HUGE. Naples is like New York, La Famiglia, DJ Gruff, Rayza and Dope One are truly right. A giant scene with heart and attitude bigger than earth. Is that enough for you all to join the next edition? But also: do you support the jams and the little block parties of your local scene?  How’s the health of your local scene? This shouldn't even have to be asked; it should go without saying for every B-Boy and B-Girl that is really rooted or wants to grow his roots and keep the culture alive. Together.

Sport career are time limited, where we will be after we’re not competitive anymore? Sports style competition is just a side, not "the" culture. Passion and Culture last for the rest of the life and beyond to the next generations. We never stop feeling the groove and making the move. Everyone can change his own world only expressing theirselves, turning the negative into positive, making good things for the local community they’re part of. This is one of the superpowers of Hip Hop: it can go anywhere, even where no one wants it to go, and create our own way. This is what Tck Crew is doing daily.

So One Love and big respect Naples fam, you’re water in the desert. Keep going, long live the jams.
